![]() Both the global ID and the subnet ID should always be filled in if you are operating on an existing network and existing subnet. ![]() The Local IPv6 Range Generator tool can be used to generate global IDs, subnet IDs, and the valid IPv6 range of addresses. Just Copy and Paste Special (Values Only) to remove the formulas once you're done. The above was perfect for me as I had the same issue, but I wanted to reformat MAC Addresses with colons (Microsoft) or dash(es) (Cisco, HP ProCurve) to put the OUI in one column and the rest in another.
